Working directly with the Business Manager to manage new and existing business, my main duties included:To oversee and coordinate Office staff to ensure staff are fully utilised, and allocate workload on a day to day basis.Ownership of projects, delivering on time, to budget, ensuring brand guidelines are met (where necessary) and exceeding client’s expectations.Produce Estimates for potential work in an accurate and timely manner, including Bid Documents and Tenders. Developing Knowledge of large format within the team.Supporting the Production Manager with daily running, including processing orders, scheduling jobs, and special projects, and to cover Production when necessary.Supporting the Management Accountant by producing and processing outgoing and incoming Invoices, clearing the Parked Report, and run the End of Month Reports.Support in the production and submission of Bid Tenders.Maintaining client and production data held on the Accura MIS System, including benchmarking prices against other suppliers.Placing and receipting of orders.Sourcing print and other items (including benchmarking and quality checking) which cannot be produced in house.Creation of bespoke templates and reports from the MIS systemAssisting in the Design Studio, Stores and Bindery when necessary to ensure completion of jobs to deadline.
