Primary responsibilities included emergency service, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, training operators and maintenance personnel at customer facilities, training peers, leading crews on full machine rebuilds, preventive maintenance, testing of new machinery. Troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery electrical systems, PLC, MLC, sensors, servo drives, I/O. Special projects included technical writing for a new machinery platform, testing and development of new cartoner platform. Providing feedback to engineering for machine optimization, refinement, and improvement. From February 2021 through October 2022 was an Embedded Senior Field Service Technician for a high-value customer in the Phoenix, Arizona area with multiple pieces of equipment including Intralox switches and pack conveyor systems. Role included training and on-site support and maintaining customer relationship from the technical and machinery perspective.
