I am an experienced Asset Finance Operational Manager. I specialise in delivering exceptional customer service, and have a passion for Collections and Asset Management. In running successful operational teams I have being recognised for delivering ‘Best in Class’ within the Group. My wealth of experience in the Asset Finance market includes a wide network of contacts, within most Asset Finance markets including Commercial Vehicles, Agriculture, Construction, Materials Handling, IT and Office Equipment. I have developed expertise in resolving highly complex arrears cases and delivering excellent results in difficult environments. I have a proven track record of successfully running Collections departments, managing and resolving high-profile complex arrears cases and collect-out positions; for which I have been highly commended. Within the Asset Management area, I have developed expertise in End of Contract management and Remarketing in multiple market sectors. This includes setting up of an internal Remarketing company, thus enhancing Global Recovery Rate.
