Managed all aspects of the tile department. Worked with 20+ vendors, responsible for all purchase orders, billing, delivery and customer service issues. Created monthly sales promotions, negotiated pricing and terms with vendor reps. Collaborated with store owners in creating new displays, ordering and maintaining tile department DIY stock levels. Assisted in hiring and training of sales staff. Also worked with my own design and retail clientele in designing, specifying and ordering of all tile materials for commercial and residential projects.
