CurrentUCOR ETTP D&D, Environmental Restoration, & Closure Project, Department of Energy. Assigned to multiple multi-million dollar projects. Daily I will participate in or lead crew safety plan of the day meetings, interact with and observe all field operations, inspect equipment/mechanical systems, perform peer coaching to ensure HSE/DOE compliance, review current job hazard analysis (JHA) and Work Packages for work performed and associated risks/control measures, as well as document and track non-compliance issues to completion. Participate in new project site walk downs with management teams, assist in work package and JHA development, and train employees. In an effort improve procedure documents and work process, I perform specific monthly Lines of Inquiry (LOI) reviews within field operations/facilities, and document findings for management review. As needed I will perform accident investigations and complete the required documentation for management notification. The current project scope is to prepare Uranium Enrichment facilities used during the Manhattan Project for demolition and disposal per DOE Orders.
