Oversee, manage, and review automated electrical testing of distribution transformers on high volume production lines; maintain and regularly inspect/verify the testing equipment; maintain compliance to IEEE standards; provide guidance and training on testing procedures; performing advanced diagnostics on production units; develop/implement upgrades to safety and the automation of the testing equipment; engineer new automated testing systems and upgrades for high volume production

Maintain transformer testing equipment and perform upgrades as needed to maintain IEEE compliance.

I service production machinery during malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance on the machinery as well. The machinery I service is used to produce windows and glass doors and is typically automated ranging greatly in age and complexity. I also design and implement process upgrades as requested. These upgrades involve the research and selection of correct equipment to achieve the desired results while remaining in the budget requirements. All upgrades are performed with continued awareness of future growth and increasing demand of the facility given the currently fast paced growth of the company.

I was tasked with testing the electrical properties of the 3 phase transformers manufactured in the facility. These tests verified that the units were field ready and passed all regulations as well as customer demands. I was responsible with diagnosing electrical failures for units produced as well as units brought back due to field failure. I assisted and performed repairs when needed as well as alterations to the units. I specialized in testing partial discharge phenomena and pinpointing the sources.

Perform duties required in the manufacturing of 3 phase transformers. I was required to use varying techniques of welding to assemble the transformer housing and hardware. I operated an Amada blank and laser machine, multiple Six-Axis robots, XYZ servo robots, and numerous other machines. I serviced the robots regularly during malfunctions. I maintained thorough knowledge of a vast range of job duties as was required to fill positions as needed to increase the efficiency of the process.

I have innovated and executed numerous upgrades and repairs to equipment for local farmers. I designed and fabricated a hydraulic bale ring bender to quicken the process of building the large quanitity of bale feeders I manufacture for sale. I designed an efficient and less costly hay saver bale feeder for beef livestock and equine. I strive for a consistently professional image in respect for my customers.I have rebuilt a 2003 Dodge Cummins 5.9L 24 Valve ISB engine, increasing the power output in excess of 225%. I also custom fabricated the suspenion, driveline, and bumpers for this truck as well as innovated the steering design to increase the safe operation of the vehicle under demanding terrain in congruence with the increased power.

Co-owned and operated a mobile DJ entertainment service. Programmed all light displays and shows to accomodate the music. Performed all electrical repairs and upgrades to the audio equipment as the company grew. Controlled the audio and lighting for each occasion on the fly based on the venue. Maintained professional reputation and marketed services as needed while striving to remain competitively priced and deliver premium quality entertainment.

I was in charge of training and managing seasonal employees during the manufacturing process as well as the loading of commercial shipments not delivered by the company itself. I assisted in the delivery of product during high seasonal demands or filling in to run delivery routes that needed covering. I performed and assisted in a great deal of maintenance to reduce contracted maintenance expenditures and expedite repairs.

Oversaw the raising of multiple flocks of turkeys. We performed many repairs and upgrades daily due to the aggresive nature of turkeys as well as the very corrosive nature of the manure. Operating a wide range of heavy machinery was a daily duty. We were required to keep the flocks healthy at all times and held accountable for deaths of any livestock. I was also one of the personnel that harvested the flocks overnight using large hydraulicly controlled conveyors with elevating capabilities to reach the cages on the trailers. This process was extremely physically demanding and required vast amounts of concentration due to the high speed and danger of the loading process.

I was a member of a team of eight turkey loaders that harvested flocks of turkeys ranging from approximately 7,500 to 16,500 turkeys raised as livestock. We harvested the live flocks overnight onto contracted semi trailers with cages installed using the company's loading equipment for Butterball Turkey farms. Teamwork was not only a requirement, but an absolute must; all members had to perform their duties precisely and uniformly in order to load the turkeys. If a team member did not appear for work, his duties were picked up by the remaining seven members for the night. Inability to perform duties correctly would result in the death of turkeys and de-profit the farmer tremendously as well as greatly reduce one's chances of being contracted for other farms. This position involves extremely physically demanding labor and cannot be automated efficiently.
