In this role I lead the company’s Carthage, MO manufacturing site, overseeing a team of production and support managers, process engineers, and production operators. Our site manufacturers commercial packaged explosives including Cast Booster, Dynamite and Packaged Emulsion production.

In this role I lead the company’s Graham, KY manufacturing site, overseeing a team of production and support managers, process engineers, and production operators.I am extremely passionate about my work and providing leadership and vision while driving improved employee safety and lean process improvement. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my greatest enjoyment comes from helping develop my employees and watching as they learn and progress in their career.

Responsible for managing the production of PETN and Cast Booster explosives. Duties include budgeting, production scheduling, interfacing with other departments (Facilities, Engineering, Quality, Safety, etc), and driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
