As the Marketing Manager for the Manor Collection, I am responsible for driving brand awareness and generating new business opportunities for our unique venues. My role focuses on increasing inbound enquiries across both B2B and B2C markets, particularly for corporate events, private parties, and weddings. To achieve this, I lead the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies that enhance our digital and offline presence.When I first joined, the group consisted of three independently run venues. I led the strategic development and launch of a unified brand identity that became the Manor Collection, bringing together each venue under one cohesive brand. This rebranding initiative strengthened our market position, enhanced brand recognition, and established a consistent experience across all properties, allowing us to communicate our values and offerings more effectively.I oversee the creation of engaging marketing content that reflects the distinct character of each venue within the collection. This includes managing all aspects of our websites, ensuring they are optimized for user engagement, search visibility, and conversion. My work also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that highlight our offerings and resonate with diverse client segments.Additionally, I am responsible for designing and executing our email marketing campaigns, carefully segmenting audiences to deliver tailored messages that drive engagement and increase conversions. Through strategic use of email, I keep our clients informed of new offerings, special events, and seasonal promotions, all while strengthening our relationship with both current and potential customers.

Keeping a close eye on company accounts, staff wages, p&l's and the company's health and safety procedures to ensure the smooth and successful running of the hotel.Assisting the Hotel's General Manager in all areas and departments of the hotel, as well as covering as the acting GM in their absence.Organising the running of weddings through constant contact with the bride and groom. Helping them to get the most out of one the most anticipated days of their lives. Leading a large team of trained staff through every part of the wedding, from the preparation in the days running up to the event, through to the delivery of their silver service wedding breakfast and the organising of the first dance.Responsible for hotel and event marketing via monthly newsletters, company website updates, and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter etc). Responsible in the touring of prospect customers and the closing of sales in the absence of the Events Coordinator. Ensuring regular liaison with the Events Coordinator and the General Manager to guarantee the event organiser's needs are continuously met.Directly responsible for the hotel's reception and housekeeping staff, chairing staff meetings and 6 monthly appraisals.
