Worked cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to create, build and launch the Association's commercial feeder cattle program: Angus Link. The program enables individuals within all segments of the commercial sector of the beef industry to utilize genetic merit to better meet or exceed their operations' goals and objectives. Responsibilities included developing and implementing business, marketing and communication plans, data collection and analysis, building relationships with key targets throughout all segments of the beef industry as well as managing a field-based staff.

Lead marketing efforts for the US cattle vaccine portfolio which consisted of 6 product categories, 10 brands and 50 UINs totaling ~$80M. Responsibilities included developing and executing annual business and marketing plans, long-term and short-term strategy development and implementation, product forecasting and budget planning. Worked cross-functionally with business leadership, finance, global marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, regulatory, learning & development, technical services and sales teams to meet and exceed organizational goals and objectives.

Lead marketing efforts for a ~$23M portfolio consisting of 3 product categories, 12 brands and 19 UINs. Responsibilities included developing and executing business and marketing plans, long-term and short-term strategy development and implementation, product forecasting and budget planning.

Managed $4.5M+ sales territory in southeastern US covering parts of TN, VA, NC, SC and GA. Served as the company's primary point of contact for a diversified customer base including veterinarians, retail and distribution partners, cow/calf producers, stocker/backgrounder operators and dairy producers.

Managed a $3M+, 5-county territory in eastern North Carolina selling liquid and dry fertilizer, agricultural chemical products, seed and a diversified proprietary product and service portfolio. Territory crop mix included range and pasture, common regional row crops (corn, soybeans, peanuts, cotton and canola), as well as flue-cured tobacco and sweet potatoes.

Managed branch location's precision agriculture products and services as well as their commercial seed treater. Responsibilities included supporting sales representatives and branch staff, promoting proprietary product and service offerings, collecting and analyzing tissue and soil samples, managing seed inventories and treater schedule, billing.

Shadowed three sales representatives, supported sales representatives and branch staff, collected and analyzed soil and tissue samples, oversaw side-by-side comparisons showcasing proprietary products.

Participated in day-to-day operations as well as bi-annual production sales. Responsibilities included feeding, rotational grazing management, breeding, newborn calf processing, weaning, hay and feed production, and fencing.
