Before recruiting I had a career in manufacturing holding operations, engineering, sales, and management roles leading a workforce in excess of 100 people, negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, regularly engaged in business strategies with executives and took on challenges as they presented themselves to me. I have an AAS degree in Manufacturing Technology, BS degree in Business Management and served as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman supporting the US Marine Corps. The combination of my professional experiences and education have given me the ability to recruit in a wide range of industries and technologies. The diversity of my background gives me the capability to communicate on many different levels with people from a variety of industries, educational backgrounds, professions, and skillsets. Since my professional career started in manufacturing, I am instinctively process driven and prone to pursue continuous improvement opportunities. My strong ability to solve problems has led me to be successful in recruiting, building long-term business relationship and driving my entrepreneurial spirit.
