Network Operations Analyst
CurrentNetwork monitoring and troubleshooting multiple technologies including Calix/Occam, AFC,Siemens EWSD-SoftSwitch, MetaSwitch,Adtran, Ericsson UMTS-3G, Nokia Ege- 2G,LTE, POTS, ADSL, ATM, Optical Networks, PON,GPON, Ethernet, Microsoft Mediaroom, IVMS, XVu, Vaonet.Troubleshoot and monitor activity through the network. • Interact with Field Technicians within various regions across the tri county area in maintaining a service infrastructure that delivers Video, High Speed data and Telephony services. • Maintain service level agreements by maintaining NOC escalation time lines and continuous re-assessment of open issues. • Isolate and diagnose faults and manage resolution with appropriate department. • Interact with departments to address issues identified within the network. • Participate in updating present written processes and in the development of new processes, in conjunction with the NOC manager. • Generate reports on issue and network trends. • Adhere to company and department policy and practice in an effort to assure prompt resolution to identified problems
