Chris Escobedo is the Chief Operating Officer at Stone Oak Wealth Management. His primary responsibility is to maintain and drive operational results within the firm.Prior to joining Stone Oak Wealth Management, Chris served in a leadership role as Chief Operating Officer at One Advocate Group, bringing a passion for efficient state-of-the-art systems that continually kept the firm on the cutting edge and propelled it into the future. With over 25 years of experience working nationally and internationally in various roles. Chris also served as the Chief Operating Officer at St. Anthony Catholic School. While working at St. Anthony Catholic School, he played a critical role in overseeing the completion of a new $5M middle school and institutionalizing a Wellness Program. He began his career in 1996 with AT&T in a specialized Leadership Development Program (LDP) and has experience in Wi-Fi, Information Technology, Human Resources, Call Centers, Network, Operator Services, and Industry Markets. Chris was a CIO Award recipient for his instrumental involvement in deploying an enterprise portal and security solution to over 250,000 employees.Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, with special emphasis in Mathematics, from The University of Oklahoma. He currently lives in San Antonio, Texas but is a native of Colorado. He has lived throughout the United States including California, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Oklahoma, and Virginia. His adult daughter, Nina, lives in California.Chris enjoys spending time meditating and running. He recently completed his fifth half marathon. Chris has been an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner, Meals on Wheels and a St. Anthony Catholic School Board member.
