Supply Chain Management Strategic Materials Coordinator (SCM) Responsible for supporting and coordinating Supply Chain specific processes within Maximo and Workday. Design, run and analyze detailed reporting to provide critical information to mitigate potential risk. Provide support to ENMAX BU’s on all SCM related Maximo issues and inquiries. Maintain data on Item records and inventory control. Maintain document control, records and file management, InfoLink Knowledge Management, ISN business manager and support to ENMAX. Build and maintain master vendor list in Workday. This role requires being a key inter department liaison, working closely with department stakeholders such as EPC, EPSC, Generation plants, Accounts Payable, Finance and Workday groups. Acting as SCM first point of contact for all ENMAX business units.Responsible for:Item Master Data OwnershipSingle Point of contact for item creation and setup in Maximo.Control of inventory attributes in Maximo.Maintain Quality Control requirements by linking needs to each specific Item record.Support ENMAX warehouses daily activities from system perspective – Rotables, Physical and Cycle count adjustments, Duplicates and Obsoletes.Inventory Optimization – Management practices in Maximo to update data for consistency and control.Substation Item Creation/Materials ManagementCoordinate and create all the non-stock items that are currently being managed on SpreadsheetsVendor Master Data Ownership Single Point of contact for vendor creation and setup in WorkdayControl vendor attributes in WorkdayMaintain Active Vendor List in WorkdayISNet Manager – Key ENMAX representative for ISNet. Support Buyers, Vendors and ENMAX stakeholders with ISNet issues and concernsMonitor vendors for Terrorist affiliationPerform and maintain legal name search for all vendorsProcessing vendor pre-qualificationsMonitor Procurement Inbox and provide assistance/directionVendor Clean Up and maintenance
