Responsible for knowing the rules of the sport to insure that the outcome of the match is sportsmanlike, fair and safe.

Responsible for the overall development, organization, operation and coordination of the broadly defined Community Education Program that includes; program development, budgeting and financial planning, school and community relations, summer recreation coordination, facilities management and the Community Education Advisory Council.

Responsible for providing professional planning services to local units of government as well as facilitating the Regional Transportation Advisory Council. In this role I’ve worked in close coordination with Minnesota Department of Transportation on a variety of transportation-related issues and projects. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to lead County Hazard Mitigation Plans in Wadena and Crow Wing Counties, as well as assist in developing Hazard Mitigation plans for Cass, Morrison and Todd counties.

Owned an operated a mobile DJ and Karaoke business that serviced weddings and events from Fargo to St. Cloud.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing and marketing the carrier base to make certain Magnum provided its customers with transportation services of a quality consistent with the company’s goals and objectives.

Duties included: Supervise conduct and performance of private contractors, drivers, mechanics and assistants; interact with parents on student bus route problems and discipline concerns in an effective, caring manner; implement and maintain the Districts Transportation Safety Policy and Preventive Maintenance programs; ensure compliance with State safety regulations as well as monitor training and compliance of private contractors.

Instruction of Industrial Education classes to students in grades nine through twelve. The classes included: Electronics, Robotics, Stereo Speaker Systems, Drafting, Basic Electricity, Introduction to Woods, and Woods II.

Duties included: Supervise conduct and performance of drivers, mechanics and assistants; interact with parents on student bus route problems and discipline concerns in an effective, caring manner; implement and maintain a database program to effectively manage student and bus information; use extensive knowledge of Minnesota Motor Vehicle and School Bus Laws, as well as working knowledge of the National Standards for School Buses and Operations.

Duties included assisting the Transportation Supervisor in supervising department personnel and maintaining office continuity; implement and recommend methods of improving safety and/or efficiency; evaluate bus driver performance; coordinate bus routes and field trips; conduct safety seminars for drivers, students and parents; answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide information for the public.
