• User administration, including first enrolment and subsequent changes to user information.
• Account management, including the account locking, account suspension and account deletion requirementsCredential management, including the policy for password strength, token PIN and token code length and password.
• In addition I will be obtaining accurate fault information and logging on Peregrine Call management system, provide first line technical support where possible and routing of call to final resolution.

• Working in a call centre I was supporting customers who have bought desktop PC’s, laptops and printers from PC World, Dixons and Curry’s. My duties include:
