Just started contracting with The Health Informatics Service / Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust.Contractor for the installation of a new Anti-Virus and Encryption Package for the laptops and desktops.Working in the IT Stores at Calderdale Royal Hospital removing the old anti-virus and encryption software and installing the new software.Re-Imaging laptops that the install has failed on and installing software for the end user.Assisting in the stores with building and imaging laptops and desktops for deployment.Upgrading memory on desktops and laptops.Taking deliveries of stores stock.Helping out IT Technician's and various other staff with IT related issues.

I am now working on a new contract for the Criminal Justice department based within Fujitsu. My duties include:• Using the Tivoli and RSA Token Management applications for:• User administration, including first enrolment and subsequent changes to user information.• Account management, including the account locking, account suspension and account deletion requirementsCredential management, including the policy for password strength, token PIN and token code length and password renewal period.• In addition I will be obtaining accurate fault information and logging on Peregrine Call management system, provide first line technical support where possible and routing of call to final resolution.• To meet personal productivity and quality targets as agreed with the Team Manager and in line with contractual SLA's.• Providing support for software, hardware, systems, networking and communications.• Dialling remotely into Magistrates systems and servers to configure, control and monitor settings and performance.• Keeping call notes up to date with the correct information and finishing the call with the user once the problem has been resolved.• Monitoring backups of servers and calling out Engineers if the servers or backups fail.Working over the telephone I have to be polite and patient with the users in trying to get the relevant information so we can deal with the problem at hand fast and efficiently as possible.

Working in a call centre I was supporting customers who have bought desktop PC’s, laptops and printers from PC World, Dixons and Curry’s. My duties include:• Providing software and hardware support.• Troubleshooting problems with wireless routers and helping set the routers up.• Showing customers on how to set up e-mail accounts via Outlook or Outlook Express.• Dealing with premium rate calls, advising about software or hardware issues.• Booking out an engineer to the customer’s home or business address.• Dealing with engineer’s onsite at customer’s home or business address.• Keeping call notes up to date with the correct information and finishing the call with the customer once the problem has been resolved.Working over the telephone I have to be polite and patient with the customers in trying to get the relevant information so we can deal with the problem at hand fast and efficiently as possible and if needed send an engineer to the customer’s home address or business to repair the machine.
