Responsibilities & Duties • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget constraints.• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure project milestones are met.• Develop and implement project scopes, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary based on project demands or changes.• Review and provide input to development of contractor’s tenders, detailed plans and procedures to complete the work scope & assist the construction team in planning the work.• Review deliverables for quality, conformance to contract requirements, and consistency with other work products.• Ensure the work site quality processes are implemented and used effectively.• Verify work is completed in accordance with plans, procedures, and project specifications.• Ensure construction progress is measured and reported accurately and timely.Key Achievements• Modifications on three different platforms, which includes: structural modifications; deck extensions, Riser Guards, pipe supports, piping & tie-in work, SDVs instrumentation, fire-detection & protection systems, hook-up to existing systems and replacement of boat landing.• Installation of 6’’ x 2.1km Subsea Pipeline system installation, Topside Works; Install deck extensions; Install riser, riser guards/clamp; Install Sump tank, LACT Unit, Chemical injection tanks/systems, Pre-commissioning activities; Hook-up shutdown valve; Install pig receiver Pre-commissioning activities; Hydrotest and Leak test.• Install 12” x 9 km Export Pipeline system installation, Topside Works: pig launcher and related facilities on the Well Head Platform, rigid risers, riser guards/clamps, subsea connection spools, riser isolation valves, shutdown valve, connecting spools and fittings to the pig trap at the receiving end.• Additional secondary members: installation of handrails, stairs and piping supports, riser supports, etc.

Key Responsibilities/Achievements• Supervise and coordinates the activities of Construction Contractors.• Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the Worksite HSE Plan and policy, site regulations, permit to work and Client requirements.• Ensure that construction contractors adhere to the latest approved for construction project drawings, specifications, procedures & site instructions.• Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meets all practical, commercial requirements of productivity, quality, and contract target completions.• Maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records ensuring that contractors’ management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequate supervision and manpower, with reliable well-maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule & targets.• Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings and specifications / instructions, ensuring contractors proper interpretations and compliance with the lasted AFC drawings and specifications.• Ensure proper change control by issuing Field Instructions for all changes, reviewing Technical Queries to ensure responses are appropriate and practical, reviewing Advance Revisions notices prior to issue to contractors to ensure correct use of construction resources.• Ensure contractors dimensional control methods for checking that the works are properly set out. Supervise specialist surveying contractors where necessary.• Ensure supervisors carry out the witness, inspections and surveillance check in accordance with the quality Plan and the requirements of the Quality Control Dept.• Ensure that quality control checks are instigated, with records maintained and available and area release in accordance with Contractors ITP.• Review contractors tenders and attend Contractors Progress meetings as required, etc.

Key Responsibilities• Structural modeling, analysis, design, detailing, and sites visits inspect project, monitor progress, and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards.• Supervision/coordination of Construction and commissioning of 66 X 48 X 12mH, LPG cylinder production plant, at Kajola Bus Stop, Along Lekki – Epe Express Way, Lagos.• Supervision/coordination of Construction of jetty and Five Numbers of Mooring Bollards, at Techno Oil’s Petroleum Product Depot, in Mosheshe Industrial layout, Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos.• Examines engineering and architectural drawings and design computations for buildings to ensure compliance with sound engineering practices and established standards, codes, regulations. Also analyze contractual documents, prepare cost estimates, screen tenders and make recommendations to the management prior to award.• Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in safety, planning and Quality Assurance system, relevant to the project at hand.• Carry out development and implementation of cyclic and preventative maintenance services, to the existing facilities/structures and machineries, etc.Key Achievements• Supervision/coordination of Construction & Completion of a Six Floors Office Building, inclusive of Installation of Seventy Numbers of 600mm CFA Piles to 22m depth, at Block 3, Plot 7B Prince Alaba Abiodun Oniru Road, Opposite Four Points Hotel, VI, Lagos.• Supervision/coordination of Development of a Petrol Station, at 143 Abuloma Rd, Behind FGC, Abuloma, Port Harcourt• Supervision/coordination of Construction of 66 X 48 X 12mH, LPG cylinder production plant, at Kajola Bus Stop, Along Lekki – Epe Express Way, Lagos.• Supervision/coordination of Construction of jetty and Five Numbers of Mooring Bollards, at Techno Oil’s Petroleum Product Depot, in Mosheshe Industrial layout, Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos.

• Provide general technical and operational assistance and support to the personnel offshore and Prepare job safety Analysis (JSA) Forms. • Take two hourly-rates and conduct four-hourly water content analysis on the crude sample and conduct the routine water treatment and chlorine content analysis on the portable and effluent water respectively, to be used offshore, etc
