Led SimCorp Dimension support team on a 6-year global optimization (GO) project, consolidating PAM, PORTIA, and Maximis accounting data onto single SimCorp Dimension instance.Transformed PORTIA support team to support Dimension and 24/6 batch cycle starting with Asia and ending with NA region. Managed hosting and vendor teams, ensuring system stability and SLA adherence. Tracked development request backlog and managed development projects utilizing Jira.
