- Prepared load lists for vessels and provided them to steamship captains, terminal contacts and internal customer service representatives. Managed the process of updating bookings after vessel closes.
- Tracked vessel arrival/departure and ensured our internal system was accurately in accordance with each container’s status. Sent out relevant reports. Resolved any outstanding issues.
- Communicated daily with truckers and terminal contacts to ensure the proper delivery of equipment, resolve problems and provided logistical instructions.
- Processed rail billings for export bookings and tracked the movement of containers up to the point of vessel loading.
