- Responsible for being the primary on-site technical lead/engineer.- Assist with the development, testing and deployment of product and custom software modules unique to customer's environment and requirements.- Assist customers with technical support throughout all project phases.- Manage technical resources and meetings between on-site staff and ACI engineers.Projects: Prestaciones Universales - Mexico City, Mexico- Technical Lead for all phases of the project and helped develop custom software modules.- Customer was the largest stored value card customer in Mexico.- Successfully led customer through go-live where they were able to authorize and settle own transactions in house.- Led on-site technical training.National Bank of Kuwait - Kuwait City, Kuwait- Technical lead onsite for go live of all Phase I activities.- Customer had very large cardholder base; one of the largest banks in the Middle East region.- Successfully converted NBK off old settlement system onto new Payment Manager system within a weekend timeframe.Krung Thai Bank - Bangkok, Thailand- Onsite technical lead for all Payments Manager activies.- Led KTB successfully through end of year go-live despite stringent deadlines. Allowed ACI Worldwide to recognize millions in revenue for FY 2009.- Led onsite technical customer training.- Led ACI team through project which upgraded the current KTB system with latest Visa, Mastercard and PCI mandates.
