Leading a dynamic team of first responders, community stakeholders, and industry representatives, The LEPC champions emergency preparedness under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), ensuring Allen County's resilience to hazardous chemical emergencies. Overseeing strategic coordination, the LEPC refines tailored response plans, conducts drills, and coordinates resources for effective emergency responses. We actively engage businesses, government, and community organizations, and foster collaboration in our comprehensive approach to emergency planning.

-Work in conjunction with Federal, State and Local law enforcement to successful investigate and prosecute criminal cases.-Supervise and train staff. Coordinate case assignments and responsibilities within the Investigative Division.-Coordinate and manage compliance and certification for the IDACS (Indiana Data and Criminal Justice System) and NCIC (National Crime Information System) systems.-Worked to implement state wide computer automated systems for the electronic filing and processing of cases.-Managed and designed programs and systems to digitize and automate paperless filing system.-Worked with State and Local officials to implement HEA 1006 legislation to integrate into the local courts and criminal justice system.-Developed, implemented and revised departmental policies and procedures.-Conducted internal personnel investigations.

-Presided over Board of Directors, committees and staff to coordinate activities and fundraising for the organization.-Liaison within the community to promote organization's goals and objectives.-Coordinated regional programs for outreach and inclusion including "Spread the Word to End the Word" and "Lose the Training Wheels".-Organized events by nationally recognized speakers on various topics pertaining to Down syndrome and the disability community.-Oversaw and managed the reorganization of the non-profit to make its operation more receptive to its clients and more effective in its delivery of services.-Organized the annual fundraiser which generated in excess of $75,000 and had over 1000 participants.
