About Christopher Flint

I strongly believe that in order to drive transformational change, people come first. Through collaborative alignment across matrixed organizations, transparency and accountability, we drive talent engagement, deliver business growth, and achieve customer value. I have enjoyed many C-level executive positions throughout my career in the registered investment advisory, broker-dealer and insurance industries. I leverage my experience in retail distribution, P&L management and business operations to provide an inclusive culture and holistic approach to strategic planning and execution. On a personal level, I serve on the FINRA Board of Governors, overseeing management in the administration of FINRA’s affairs, purpose and objectives. I am passionate about giving back to the community and engage with non-profit organizations including Ronald McDonald House Charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as active involvement with the Heart Gallery in Birmingham, AL. I obtained an M.B.A. and M.S. from Creighton University and B.S. from The University of Alabama at Birmingham on athletic scholarship. I am a former member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership Program. I hold the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 66 as well as the CRPC® designation.
