Based in Milton Keynes, I have been a Cisco CCIE since 1996. I am a Unified Communications consultant responsible for the design and deployment of voice, UC, and collaboration systems, and am the UC technical design authority. I have extensive experience of working with Cisco products. I have been the lead consultant for the design and delivery of many Cisco based voice systems ranging from large City based financial and legal company head offices to multi-site distributed solutions for local government, retail, and services companies. Most recently I have been working to deliver cloud based hosted voice and collaboration services. Prior to my current role, I was a long term contractor, providing design and consultancy services for a number of investment banks and integrators.
