Most recently I have extended my skills towards a ground support roles in aviation. Ie Airport Management and Aerodrome Reporting Officer ( including refuelling), particularly in remote locations. I am also an experienced mechanical and reliability engineer with 15 years in various management and supervisory roles. Sectors include power generation, food and beverage manufacturing, oil & gas, smelting and aquaculture. I have led large capital projects, developed and implemented business improvements, budgets and maintenance plans, and managed several multi-skilled teams.I was a member of the steering group which established Lean processes throughout Lion across Australia, with my responsibility being to lead the Asset Care module on site and then to make recommendations for reliability, analysis and improvement strategies.I am a proactive people manager and have been trained in creating affiliative and achievement driven teams whilst ensuring OHSE success across complex and high-risk work sites.
