Chris Fordham P.Geol, Ph.D., President of BroadPath Consulting has over 25 years experience in environmental, regulatory and policy work in the oil sands. Chris spent 14 years in Fort McMurray gaining a hands-on understanding of oil sands operations. Much of his subsequent career has been focused on regional environmental issues working with industry associations such as the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, the Mining Association of Canada, the Alberta Chamber of Resources and the Canadian Oil Sands Innovation Alliance. As well, Chris has worked extensively with multi-stakeholder groups like the Cumulative Environmental Management Association.In 2010, Chris was awarded an Alberta Emerald Award for his work on regional issues management.
