Steadii is a human platform, enabled by technology, that finally brings whole-person care to caregivers of loved ones with Dementia and Alzheimer's. As part of the startup team, I’ve played a hands-on role in designing the business model and identifying longer-term growth strategies. As a coach, I’ve facilitated 1:1 sessions with the core startup team to create self understanding and plans for individual growth.
