➢Chris is a well known oil and gas expert and has over 41 years’ experience in the industry. He is an entrepreneurial and experienced upstream executive with proven technical and commercial knowledge.Chris began his career as a Petroleum / Reservoir Engineer with Bg PLC, during which time he also served as a Director at SPE. He later joined LAMSO as a Business Development Director, before becoming the first Chief Executive Officer of LOGIC (a high profile joint industry and government initiative in the UK). Chris was also a founding partner and Managing Director of Catalyst Energy Advisers LLP, a start-up mezzanine fund and founder / Managing Partner of Prosperous Energy Ltd., an upstream consultancy company. Over the course of his career, Chris has managed a wide variety of major projects, as well as performing Executive Management roles (Director and CEO) and has provided strategic management advice to senior industry leaders and executives. He also has a successful track record of managing operations and major projects in difficult locations such as Russia, Algeria and Libya. Further he has gained a host of experience in asset evaluation, operator business development, innovative finance (EBRD & mezzanine), commercial negotiations with other operators & NOCs/Governments, strategic business development, technical expert for lenders etc. As a consultant Chris has a full range of knowledge and experience including asset evaluation, reserves evaluation, reservoir engineering, reservoir development, production and drilling engineering, economic evaluation, operations, commercial & financial and project management.
