As a Consultant Crime Reduction Manager, I am responsible for delivering a pro-active security process, training members, regular briefings, increasing and retaining membership, increasing member/partner engagement and the day to day running of the partnerships, often working unsocial/out of hours. My role is very much about liaising with different agencies and businesses to constantly improve the service that we offer across the region and to encourage even greater pro-active engagement. PBCRP for example now has more member engagements/reports to its databases than the rest of Hampshire combined, they are by far the most effective scheme in the county and very probably in the country. Before I moved into crime reduction, I also worked/managed retail/bars, clubs and events across the south of England, from Comedy to Gentlemen Clubs and LGBTQ to SU bars and various events, I also have a design/engineering background, experience that has enabled me to deliver an effective and practical service approach to my current roles.Having worked within community safety and crime reduction since 2006, I have also had some significant results for the BCRP's that I have managed and have aided their members to become the best performing nationally for their individual organisations, their own internal personal awards/bonuses. I have also picked up some of my own awards along the way.• 2017 Finalists – Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA’s) - Partnership• 2019 Winners – Hampshire Constabularies Focus Awards – Partnerships• 2019 Winners – Police & Crime Commissioners Safer Awards – Business Crime Partnership of the Year with Debenhams and TK Maxx• 2019 Finalists – Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA’s) – Partnerships & Consultant• 2021 Finalists – Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA’s) – Consultant• 2021 Finalists – The News, Business Excellence Awards - Leisure, Retail & Tourism• 2022 Runner Up - Police & Crime Commissioners Safer Awards – Business Crime Prevention Excellence AwardOur success however, means nothing without the support from all of our partners and sponsors such as;Broadside TrainingHit TrainingEnterprise Rent-a-CarBH LiveSainsburysWaitroseSubwayKrispy KremeI'm Covered 365Odeon CinemaPortsmouth Cultural TrustVespasian SecurityBeaver Tool HireSenator PressBrown-Forman Brands - Bacardi (BBN)University of PortsmouthSHARED INTELLIGENCE IS KNOWLEDGE, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER AND KNOWING YOUR ENEMY IS KEY!!!(knowing how to deliver this knowledge is the secret)

DirectorAcrc Consultancy Ltd Apr 2012 - PresentHampshire, United KingdomOur aim is to empower partnerships members with knowledge, because knowledge is power and with it, working together, they are stronger and more resilient to crime. I encourage members, working together, to use their database pro-actively rather than re-actively, so not only reporting incidents but also (and more importantly) knowing who an offender is before he/she gets through THEIR doors puts ALL of the members at a significant, strategic advantagePBCRP members database usage has increased significantly since I took over in June 2012• 2012 = 1 engagement• 2013 = 1,900 engagements (avg 9/day)• 2014 = 6,000 engagements (avg 16/day)• 2015 = 7,000 engagements (avg 19/day)• 2016 = 10,800 engagements (avg 30/day)• 2017 = 22,700 engagements (avg 62/day)• 2018 = 29,172 engagements (avg 80/day)• 2019 = 38,260 engagements (avg 104/day)• 2020 = 23,311 engagements (avg 63/day)• 2021 = 12,786 engagements (avg 35/day)• 2022=17,759 engagements (avg 48/day)• 2023=33,618 engagements (avg 92/day**SHARED INCIDENTS/INTELLIGENCE results in more awareness, better KNOWLEDGE, less shrinkage, heavier sentences, less crime and an incredibly successful identification rate of unknown offenders. The top engaging members can now brag up to 80% reductions in shrinkage or by halving their shrinkage in 3 months. How? With our simplified civil banning process, offenders are now easier to identify and easier to deter.
