I manage office operations, including appointments, finances, and the Executive Director’s schedule. I assist the Executive Director with any special projects that come up, and maintain key contacts at our member schools: Michigan State University, the University of Michigan, and Wayne State University.

• Became an expert in the CDC’s Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS), a newly developed program for tracking COVID-19 vaccine allocation and administration.• Led a VAMS virtual technical assistance room for healthcare care providers administering COVID-19 vaccine.• Collaborated with the VAMS developers to address WV’s challenges, suggest system improvements, and learn program updates quickly.

• Conducted outreach to various healthcare facilities across the state and assisted them in ordering and administering vaccine to combat the statewide hepatitis A outbreak.• Coordinated several Kanawha County vaccine clinics to vaccinate the at-risk population in the community. • Assisted multiple departments with data entry of sensitive health information.

• Oversaw and coordinated 20 multi-faceted charitable fundraising campaigns statewide. Exceeded goals regularly.
