When required assist the Army LMS MA and Online Learning Officer with team meetings.• Share innovative developments and practices with the development team and CTC schools.• Helpdesk support.

Provide technology support for custom content development and projects.• QA Testing for custom content courses for clients• SPR (SkillSoft publishing resource) for clients• Troubleshoot JAVA-based applications• Troubleshoot browser related issues• Process Custom Courses using various in house software• Understand, document and communicate issues with SCORM 1.2 and 2004 content• Evaluated 3rd party and custom content for compatibility
