I’ve been fortunate to advise some of Australia’s leading employers on workplace strategy, complex human resources issues and high-stakes litigation. I enjoy the opportunity to work with business leaders be it in HR, legal or operations on their most challenging issues. Best known for my work in workplace change and enterprise bargaining, my expertise in this area has enabled me to remain at the forefront of Australia’s workplace laws. I have assisted countless employers involved in challenging bargaining negotiations and disputes, and I believe in delivering pragmatic and solution-orientated advice. The legal context is only one part of the puzzle when balancing strategy and risk. I’m passionate about helping employers get the results they want.My experience spans a wide range of sectors including, logistics, mining, construction, manufacturing, maritime and major retail.As a business owner and leader, I am also passionate about the development of young people who want to grow their careers. I’m also a qualified coach with certification in positive psychology and am in the midst of developing an applied framework in high performance for professionals.Outside (and sometimes inside) the office I am known for my sound knowledge of the life and work of Elvis Presley circa 1969 - 1977.
