I led a team of event managers in the production and execution of major events, including Radiance!, Frio!, and five attractions as part of Ice! at Gaylord Hotels. Working with clients and production teams, I established timelines for development and execution of multiple independent multi-million dollar events, including the creation of new attractions. I.

I oversaw all aspects of the Alpine Rush Snow Tubing event at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL, including budgeting, developing handbooks and manuals, and hiring and training of staff to ensure that all guests had a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Managing the Snow Tubing events that coincided with Ice events at the Gaylord properties, I trained and supervised the staff while ensuring operational safety of the event as a whole.
