And it all starts with an understanding of our customer’s needs.With an international reputation for creating innovative Oil and Gas well monitoring products, our tools are used by some of the largest companies in the industry.As the Director of Sales Canada, I am responsible for growing Omega Well Monitoring in the following area's; Canada, Cuba, MENA, Europe, Russia, China and SE Asia.

Brought to Canada Tech as an independent contractor, I was to conceive a new product to bring the company into the SAGD industry. The initial concept of the product for a new style of downhole temperature measurement system was created by me and with the help of the engineering group the product is being put into production. I was also put in charge of the business plan to be put forth to the board of directors; the feasibility of this was accomplished via technical considerations and by polling the major players in the SAGD industry. Sales of this product, is being headed up by myself and as an offshoot of this product we should realize further growth with our downhole tools.

As an owner of the company I was involved in all aspects of the company operation and its growth. Our principal areas of operation were in the Oil and Gas industry with a high emphasis on heavy oil and gas transmission. Became versed with financial statements, especially the importance of cash flow in the corporate world. Interfaced with Principals at all levels from shipper receivers to Presidents. Technical support and integration on all products. I gained a greater understanding of human dynamics in this environment, especially where partnerships are concerned.

Hired by Wika Instruments from their chief competitor. Wika’s primary focus was on Oil and Gas; ranging from fabrication to project business. My primary function to begin with was to expand a new territory in Southern Alberta. Virtually starting with little or no sales in this territory I took it up to approximately 4.5 million in four years which at the time was the largest single territory in the Canadian operation. My next major endeavor was managing the Southern Alberta Office after its expansion from a four person sales office to a ten person office with warehousing facilities. In addition to my managerial duties I was in charge of key accounts, R&D accounts and was considered the temperature and flow specialist.
