I am a seasoned multi-unit leader with 15+ years of experience leading winning teams in the Retail, Fitness, & Service industries. This opportunity has allowed me to drive Sales, Customer Service, Facility MGT, Property MGT, Vendor MGT, & Procurement on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Previously, at 24 Hour Fitness I moved up the ranks from a Department Head to a District Manager in under 4 years and led Districts of 11 - 14 Clubs (approximately 500 team members) for my final 8 years. In this DM role I had full P&L responsibility for one of the highest Revenue markets in the organization eclipsing north of $50 Million annually. During my time at Abercrombie & Fitch I progressed rapidly from entry level Manager to General Manager, ultimately finding myself running one of their largest Domestic locations on the strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role I was responsible for 200+ Associates and $24 Million in Annual store Revenue.
