As one of the first three Enterprise Account Managers, I helped develop the processes we use to take existing customers and increase the expansion of Lucidchart throughout their organizations. I doubled the annual recurring revenue in my book of enterprise accounts in the first year and renewed at a near-perfect rate. From the initial three reps, we expanded the team to 10 reps before our organization took what we were doing with existing customers and started applying it to new customers, merging our team with the Account Executives.
