I am a qualified chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the development industry.My most notable achievement has been the award winning £250 million regeneration of the former Brighton Station goods yard, a 13 acre site which has been developed into one of the most vibrant and economically significant areas of Brighton, boasting over 1 million sq ft of commercial space, as well as 400 residential units. The scheme is noted for its contribution to public art for which I am particularly proud.I am a regular speaker on the CPD circuit with a particular interest in communicating the challenges of delivering major urban regeneration projects.
