The purpose of my role was to support and supervise on behalf of the CEO/MD the new ward expansion construction implementing significantly on the project development.Key Achievements:• Supervised the demolition of two dwellings and the new three- storey additions - alternations to the facility of the 40 new bed expansion covering 1.990m 2. (Budget $ 4.8 million).• Evaluated and studied all designs to ensure completion according to BCA Class 9c, 7a standards and achieving exceptional delivery time of the facility.• Supported and addressed technical construction and cost issues directly to the CEO/MD ensuring the maximum benefits on his behalf and achieving customer satisfaction.

Enersaving was a newly developed company engaged in the marketing of green renewable energy and the installation of electrical, heating and cooling services providing intergraded services of high standards in collaboration with large companies abroad. The purpose of my role was to support the CEO driving a continuous development program in the energy saving industry which resulted in the rapid growth of the company.Key Achievements:• Supported the CEO through the expansion and development of the company.• Handling all services associated with interventions selected materials, licensing, design and project implementation.• Certified instructor and authorized partner of Verbund (Austria) responsible for the training of a team of salesmen opening a completely unworked territory, surpassing all sales goals in spite of challenges associated with the sale of a release product with no reference sites.• Establishing alliances with major partners which resulted in an immediate 25% sales profitability of branded and certified products cooperating with large company suppliers in local factories and abroad. • Organization and supervision of crew appointments, estimates of quantities surveillances in the studies and offer preparation concerning the solar panel installation

As a key member of the management team I supervised and drove virtually an entire spectrum of public and private projects such as industrial buildings, road works, schools, railway, residential and commercial complexes.Key Achievements:• Initiated and drove as the ‘Chief supervisor’ the construction of the ‘public underground water and waste junction connections networks’ setting-up the entire project from scratch and achieving recognized outstanding delivery times and cost efficiency methods. (Budget $ 0.6 million).• Delivered and supervised the construction of the Public Water Chemical Building Laboratory of Athens on time and implementing additional new approved work tasks which offered extra revenue benefits to the company. (Budget $ 3.7million).• Successfully delivered and supervised the construction of the industrial cotton plant treatment for quality control standards handling all the final documentation works and budget approval from the public body. (Budget $ 3.8 million).• Supervised the construction of the Eight Kindergarten School & Indoor Gym and delivering all documentations involving the procurement and initiation of construction. (Budget $ 3.3 million).• Reconstruction of thirty Freight Station buildings cooperation of National Railway Service and National Post office and responsible for the final delivery to the various appointed supervisors of the CEO’s and CFO’s of each organization. (Budget $ 2.2 million).• Planning and execution of the Layer-Construction of railway lines in one of the largest transport hubs and setting down the tracks in collaboration with the certified appointed land surveyor. As a key member in the site construction team I was accountable for the on site supervising and development execution of a number of residential, business, urban, holiday resorts. I also coordinated several reconstructions of shopping centers, commercial stores, tutorial buildings as well as luxury villas.Key Achievements:• Supervised the construction of two six-storey urban buildings and one seven-storey office building overcoming organizational-delivery issues to minimize delivery time and efficiently managing relationships with the apartment buyers in each project.• I successfully supported each team through the coordination in the reconstruction of several business developments including a mall shop, shopping centre complex with parking, two floor office building with ground floor commercial store.• Managed and supervised the construction of a five three-storey beach house units cluster driving the entire project despite the remote location of the complex from the company headquarters efficiently handling local contractors which resulted in the resurgence of the project avoiding additional term delivery costs.• Renovation of a three-storey tutorial building delivering the entire project within the one month holiday break as well as a total in-depth complete renovation of a three-storey luxury Villa working with interior decorators achieving outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
