A confident ambitious Business Support Manager working in the automotive sector of DHL. Working on new business wins and start ups across the UK as well as supporting current operations within the business. Responsible for the set up of the operation including recruitment and facility set up to ensure the operation is prepared for Go-Live. On a daily basis I am accountable for the day to day running of an operation ensuring it is operating within budget and driving key agendas such as PI/CI, employee engagement, Inventory accuracy and meeting KPI/SLA with a team of first line managers, team leaders, administrators, customer services, finance assistant and warehouse operatives.My career also extends outside the supply chain, logistics sector, working in my spare time as a Special Constable for Northamptonshire Police.
