As the Spares and Service Account Manager, I am responsible for driving strategic objectives within the Intel supply chain enabling rapid responses to our customers, both internal and external, demands. This includes visibility within the entire supply chain and understanding future demands that will require flexibility within our supply base. In this role, I am responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with a key account of Intel. This includes driving efficiencies within the program throughout the factory's network of high volume manufacturing facilities. As a supply chain program manager, my role is to understand Intel's current requirements of our suppliers systems and any gaps that may exist. Working with key Intel accounts to understand improvements opportunities and develop programs that enable world class supply chain management.
Commodity Manager is responsible for maintaining a healthy corporate relationship while driving strategic objectives through contractual negotiations and managing previously agreed to job 1 indicators. Managed the implementation of a Tier I supllier to Intel's Total Supplier Managed (TSM) program resulting in a supplier centric inventory management of spares inventory at all domestic HVM factories. The result was improved inventory strategies and increased efficiency in the management of inventory at the implemented sites. Also responsible for measuring and managing to a factory commodity budget and aligning group strategies to meet the budgets and factory cost goals while maintaining optimum output.
