Assisting in the running the PDI department within a busy car dealership. Organising work loads for 10 staff members, ensuring quality of work is achieved as well as completing all admin and logging all the data onto the various programs and spreadsheets.

Running the service department in a busy car dealership, however the franchise was sold and all staff were made redundant. However in my time there, the service side was successful, and always achieved targets and goals set.
