Lead Teachers to develop into better educators. Provide structure and a vision for the implementation of a curricular program with integrity. I manage and meet students where they are to improve upon what success they are thriving to attain.

Worked with at-risk incarcerated youth to help them learn in the content areas of math, science, and physical education. Developed lessons, assignments, assessments, and projects to enable students the opportunity to build skills to learn how to perform grade level material. I utilized technology and kinesthetic activities to engage students which provided a better understanding not only for the material but it made a strong connection for real world application. An initiative that I started was an "Agriculture Day" . We had cross-curricular units that tied into the concepts of agriculture and we as a science and math teacher I began a school garden and taught kids how they could be self-sufficient and responsible by gardening. We also completed beautification projects on "Ag. Day" as well as had speakers to come in to talk about Bee Keeping. We worked to have everything donated by the local rotary club, and nurseries. We experienced exponential growth for students that were at high-risk.

Developed and implemented lessons and activities to enhance student fitness. I also assessed progress of student improvement in physical education with pre/post testing as well as written exams.
