My work has focused on surface science techniques to study many systems. I have worked to understand catalysis, photovoltaics, corrosion, and art conservation, among other topics. My work is currently focused on the hydrogenation of CO, CO2, and nitrogen to prevent. and reverse global warming. I have installed multiple UHV systems, worked extensively at national labs, and managed many collaborations. Our work has recently been accepted by Science and has appeared in multiple news stories for CO/CO2 reduction advancements.
