• Routinely prepare official documents for the agency, such as rulemakings, orders, and memos under deadlines on a variety of electric utility regulatory topics including energy and operating reserve markets, capacity markets, generator interconnection, transmission planning, and cost of service formula rates• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of policy, tariff, and engineering experts to analyze complex and controversial issues related to the electric utility industry and ensure the timely completion of high quality written products• Apply knowledge of electric utility regulation to the analysis of policy options on ratemaking and tariff matters as well as to formulate independent recommendations on those options for senior agency leadership• Successfully processed over 300 cases submitted by various jurisdictional entities
