I determine needs for aftermarket products, warranties, insurance and protective products. It is my responsibility to run credit checks, and to submit correct information to secure financing/leasing options, all while safeguarding customer’s information. I follow all the various restrictions/guidelines to properly structure a deal specific to each financial institution, and ensuring the funding of each contract. Having strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organization are keys to fulfill the requirements this position demands. When I started in Sales, I was in charge of developing an extensive customer base with all sold customers and unsold prospects, which developed relationships that created future business and referrals. I trained thoroughly so I would properly feature all products, while building value and addressing customer's wants and needs. I prided myself on promoting an honest, genuine approach to car sales, and having my customers feel like they are the most important person during and after the transaction. From an internship to Assistant Superintendent, I focused on training other employees in all tasks, and supervising until proper completion of each task. I set up equipment prior to scheduling maintenance practices around member play and outings to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
