As Site Manager I am responsible for the implementation of Health and Safety on siteI am responsible for liaising with all contractors to ensure that the job runs smoothly and to program.Duties include but are not limited to:-Compiling Pre-con InfoObtaining quotes from both Sub Contractors and SuppliersPreparation and issue of Short Form ContractsSite SurveySite Set Up, ensuring that site has all Welfare facilities and health and safety requirements in place before work commencesProcurement of MaterialsPlanning and scheduling work in conjunction with Contracts ManagerPerforming Site InductionsRisk AssessmentsReviewing and approval of the RAMS of all Contractors and Sub Contractors, Making sure all operatives read and sign their RAMS before they commence work.Checking and recording all operatives Site CertificationsUpkeep and maintenance of site folders, both hard and e-copyUpkeep of Project workspaceWork inspectionsQuality Control, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard with Zero Snagging at completion.Supervision of all Site operatives, ensuring everybody adheres to their RAMS and site rules.Liaise with Contracts Manager, Client, Sub Contractors to ensure the job runs smoothly and completes on time and to everybody’s satisfaction.Preparation of Handover DocumentHandoverTraining up and coming site ManagersTraining Admin Assistants
