Hello, my name is Chris Grassa. I am skilled in many areas of IT technical support and customer service. I am also a fast learner, punctual, I work well with others, and I am always eager to learn new things. In my years as a technical support representative, I have gained knowledge of computer networks and computer hardware as well as providing sufficient technical support. While pursuing my career in IT, I have gained my CompTIA ITF+ Certification. I have a familiarity with using Linux and Microsoft Office. I’m always open to learning new skills as well as expanding my learning to better further my career.
