A registered and experienced Social Worker and trainee Clinical Psychologist, I am incredibly passionate about a number of interconnected fields including trauma, men's violence against women and children, palliative care, child protection, children’s rights, participation and sexual health and have worked in these fields across the Third Sector, NHS and in Local Authorities. I lead with compassion, kindness and fierce curiosity, supporting brave spaces for exploration of challenges and celebrating success. I have experience of planning, developing and delivering services alongside operational management and trauma informed and responsive supervision. I have strong research and evaluation skills utilising quantitative and qualitative data as well as developing policy and practice. I am skilled at therapeutic interventions, advocacy, impact evaluation, strategic planning and fundraising. I believe strongly in amplifying more marginalised voices and the power of relationships and stories to drive change. "Your greatest responsibility is to use your voice, for there so many people, too many people in our world who are never heard-even when they scream." - Cleo Wade
