Working within the used car part industry, I was resposible for developing long term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Some of my biggest clients were international customers, which added an extra degree of difficulty to the export process as some of the items were classed as dangerous goods.Key responsibilities includes, but were not limited to; Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. As the main point of contact I had to handle customers' individual needs and provide accurate and timely solutions to any issues.
