Contract role planning procurement for Set top Unit supply. Responsible for providing key inputs to the monthly demand planning cycle, and managing variations to forecast to minimise customer and commercial impacts associated with variations in demand.

Secondment role aimed at optimising contractor payment efficiency, and identifying opportunities to better reconcile and validate complex supplier invoicing. Delivered process efficiencies reducing FTE allocation by 1, and improved validation procedures, delivering ~1.5%p.a. saving by identifying cases where services were billed but not provided.

Managed a team of 8 specialists controlling a closed loop Set Top Unit supply chain, with serialised movements of ~80,0000 items/month, including development and expansion of Self installation shipment service from ~100/week to ~3500/week as the second largest shipment channel. Extansive experience managing both 3p vendors and customer experience process design.

Direct responsibility for development and provision of monthly financial and operational KPIs for 3 major logistics contracts, as well as managing operational relationships with external suppliers. Ongoing responsibility for analysis and tuning of customer contact strategies, aimed at recovering assets from subscribers. Regular implementations of new strategies, and full PIR/financial analysis of outcomes with a view to permanent strategy improvements.Project Management and post-implementation support for centralised warehousing and repair facility restructure. As part of a small team, we established a quality foundation for a genuine ongoing business ‘partnership’.Prepared and ran major RFTs for Reverse Logistics projects. Project managed implementation of selected supplier. Other projects ranged form automating production processes to forensic invoice analysis

Directly responsible for planning & coordination of weekly training for ~30 volunteer members. Includes strategic planning, training needs analysis, managing trainers and schedules and production of high quality annual reports to key stakeholders. Operational responsibilities include Incident Controller for events – dispatching and directing crews, managing safety and ensuring quality outcomes for victims. Extensive training and qualifications gained in emergency response skills.
