Using YOURGAME, I train, guide, and mentor-coach teens, young adults and aspiring, young leaders individually and in teams to know themselves, grow in their independence, make decisions confidently, handle conflict and change, strive and persevere to achieve goals, and create the new realities they want and choose for themselves. 🔹 YOURGAME also provides the 'responsible' adults like parents, coaches, managers and leaders with the perspectives, approach and tools to prepare their older teens and young adults for setting up life beyond school - the time I call TheNextTen (years). Yes there is a lot of learning to do for both sides in unleashing cross-generational potential and power.🔹 With the elements of YOURGAME, I support individuals, teams and organisations in their endeavours to create growth-optimal environments, overcome potentially difficult and disruptive scenarios, and challenge themselves to achieve the visions they set.🔹 With a successful record as an educational leader and creator, I help schools or learning organisations to make a greater impact through the enhancement of their culture, operations and work with stakeholders more effective and sustainable.
