I am a seasoned executive, leader and strategist. I have both Visionary and Integrator tendencies, depending on the need in my current space. My specialties include: Writing, editing, team-building and collaboration, product and process design and high-level relationship initiation and building. I believe that promises are sacred and communication is paramount to the success of any relationship - business or personal.I have worn many hats throughout my career, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Account Manager, Product Manager, Production Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, Vice President of Sales and, currently, Vice President of Field Services. Of these, I generally enjoy being involved in sales and marketing most of all, although I am certainly capable of rolling up my sleeves to dive down and provide the assist to solve Operations problems.It has been rewarding to be on the Leadership Team during a division start-up, two acquisitions and a facility move - I have learned so much from so many and always look forward to learning opportunities and coaching from those who are more knowledgeable than I am.Unlike many who portray the roles I've played, creativity is my cornerstone and I trust that I am surrounded by a group who are all pointed in the direction of the same clearly-defined goals.I don't want the credit, just the win. I am only as good as those I lead and I lead to make my organization the best.My current personal focus is on maintaining composure in all situations across my life and to remember that my many Roles in life are just that - Roles - and my value as an Individual is constant, no matter what I am busy failing at today.In short, I have a perpetual goal: Professional and personal development and improvement in order to be better today than I was yesterday.
